Public Transport

Oakebella is located within 3km of the Wellard Train Station and 3.5km of the Kwinana Train station.

A public bus stop is located on Bertram Road (southern side) immediately north of Oakebella, also on the northern side of Bertram Road just North West of Oakebella. These bus stops also have services which connect to the Kwinana Town Centre and Kwinana Train station.


There are 8 existing schools within a 5km radius with a brand new school opening in 2018 which is walking distance from Oakebella. 

Shops, Restaurants & Cafes

Wellard Square is only 5 minute drive away and includes a new Woolworths store. The supermarket is complemented by a variety of boutique and brand-name retailers. Cockburn Gateway Shopping  Centre is a 12 minutes drive and Kwinana Marketplace only 6 minutes drive. 


Oakebella will have close to 8ha of  Public Open Space. Two large parks are planned making the most of the Bollard Bulrush Wetland backdrop. Play areas will be designed to provide a fun challenge for children and comfy shelters for adults to take time out.

Walking and Cycling Paths

Dual use paths are located along the northern and part southern side of Bertram Road and the eastern side of Johnson Road.
