Before you Buy

LWP has put together fact sheets and videos to make the purchase process as smooth and easy as possible. These should answer most of your questions but don’t hesitate to contact our sales team for more information.

Before you Build

Once you have decided on your home, you will need to submit your final plans to LWP for approval. This ensures every home at Woburn Park meets the high standards and quality of the overall development. It protects your investment and adds capital growth for homeowners.

 The LWP Design Approval process:

  1. Make sure your home designer is familiar with the elements of the Design Guidelines and that the design meets these requirements
  2. Submit two A3 copies of site plans, floor plans, electrical plans, sections and elevations, a completed Sustainability Checklist (Annexure G) and a Schedule of External Materials (Annexure C) to LWP Property Groupo
  3. LWP will check that you home design and sitting complies with the Design Guidelines
  4. Receive comments and/or approavela from LWP, generally within seven working days.
