The Reserve at The Vines, Swan Valley - outlook over the golf course

The Homes.
Nothing but the best.

The design of the homes and streetscapes are as important to the character of an area as its surroundings are. At The Reserve, a timeless and elegant architectural style is encouraged with a palette of muted and earthy tones.

Natural feature materials, such as stone and timber, highlight elements like entries, porticos and verandahs. The result is a collection of homes that are both sympathetic and connected to the natural features of the surrounding golf course and bushland.

Before you Buy

LWP has put together downloadable guides, fact sheets and videos to make the purchase process as smooth and easy as possible. These should answer most of your questions but don’t hesitate to contact our sales team for more information.

Before you Build

When you have chosen your home design, you will need to submit your final plans to LWP for approval. This ensures every home at The Reserve meets the high standards and quality of the overall development. It protects your investment and adds capital growth.

There is no charge to obtain approval from LWP, and the process follows these stages:

  1. Make sure your home designer is familiar with the elements of the Design Guidelines and that the design meets these requirements
  2. Submit two A3 copies of site plans, floor plans, electrical plans, sections and elevations, a completed Sustainability Checklist (Annexure G) and a Schedule of External Materials (Annexure C) to LWP Property Group
  3. LWP will check that you home design and siting complies with the Design Guidelines
  4. Receive comments and/or approval from LWP, generally within seven working days

Once you have approval from LWP, the next stage is to seek relevant council approval.
