Equis lake land for sale at The Vines

Nestled below the Darling Ranges on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, Equis Lake is a private pocket of The Vines designed to offer seclusion, without sacrificing affordability or convenience.

Once an equestrian estate with stables, trainers’ quarters and a manor house, Equis Lake is now a modern boutique development of just 250 homesites. The design theme reflects the area’s heritage with contemporary-rural houses in a timeless style - wide verandahs, traditionally pitched roofs, gables and a mix of rustic materials.

Considerately crafted surrounds and specially selected home designs offer style, comfort and privacy within a neighbourhood that offers a unique and relaxed outdoor lifestyle. The community parks with children’s play equipment, redeveloped foreshore areas and walking and cycling trails are all yours to enjoy.

Every home built at Equis Lake must meet careful guidelines to ensure that your investment is protected by a consistently high standard of presentation across the neighbourhood.

Each homesite comes with our free ecological front garden landscaping package, so your home will be in harmony with the surrounding natural environment – as well as adding to the visual appeal of the Equis Lake community

Before you buy

LWP has put together fact sheets and videos to make the purchase process as smooth and easy as possible. These should answer most of your questions but don’t hesitate to contact our sales team for more information.

Before you build

When you have chosen your home design, you will need to submit your final plans to LWP for approval. This ensures every home at Equis Lake meets the high standards and quality of the overall development. It protects your investment and adds capital growth.

There is no charge to obtain approval from LWP, and the process follows these stages:

  1. Make sure your home designer is familiar with the elements of the Design Guidelines and that the design meets these requirements
  2. Submit two A3 copies of site plans, floor plans, electrical plans, sections and elevations, a completed Scheduled of External Materials (Annexure C) to LWP Property Group
  3. LWP will check that your home design and sitting complies with the Design Guidelines
  4. Receive comments and/or approval from LWP, generally within seven working days

Once you have approval from LWP, the next stage is to seek council approval.
