Set beside the tranquil waters of Wilson Inlet, Springdale Beach is an idyllic and intimate lifestyle estate just off the South Coast Highway near Denmark. It’s the place to build your dream home, where everyday living is like a holiday – or perhaps your perfect holiday home to make getting away from it all so appealing.

Springdale Beach has lots from 3,000sqm to 1.26ha, all serviced by underground power, scheme water and telephone services. The construction of a crossover is included with all lots, as well as side and rear boundary fencing. The predominately sandy nature of the soil provides for cost efficient housing construction.

All homes at Springdale Beach are subject to LWP Design Guidelines to ensure an attractive range of housing types and styles that suit this unique and beautiful setting. Our design guidelines protect your financial and lifestyle investment, giving you peace of mind that the beauty and quality of your new home will be matched by the homes around it.

The Design Guidelines also identify ways that buyers can reduce the carbon footprint of their new home, saving on running costs and helping reduce environmental pressures.

Before you build

When you have chosen your home design, you will need to submit your final plans to LWP for approval. This ensures every home at Springdale Beach meets the high standards and quality of the overall development. It protects your investment and adds capital growth.

There is no charge to obtain approval from LWP, and the process follows these stages:

  1. Make sure your home designer is familiar with the elements of the Design Guidelines and that the design meets these requirements
  2. Submit two A3 copies of site plans, floor plans, electrical plans, sections and elevations, to LWP Property Group.
  3. LWP will check that your home design and sitting complies with the Design Guidelines
  4. Receive comments and/or approval from LWP, generally within seven working days

Once you have approval from LWP, the next stage is to seek relevant council approval.
