Love where you live

Trinity at Alkimos is the home by the beach that you’ve dreamed of – close to the things that matter, but still with the space for a world of your own.

The premium master planned community is in a major growth corridor, where it’s all happening over the next twenty years. Trinity sits within the suburb of Alkimos, which is set to grow to a bustling town centre with a range of facilities and employment opportunities.

Already Alkimos and nearby Butler have plenty of shopping, commercial and entertainment options, and it’s only going to get better. As well, Trinity is just 15km from the regional city of Joondalup and 40km from Perth city. Nearby there’s the Mindarie Marina (10km) and Yanchep National Park (14km).

The northern rail line comes up to Butler station, just 500m from Trinity’s southern boundary, and the future Alkimos station will be only 500m to our north.

You can get to Trinity through Santorini Promenade, off Marmion Avenue.

Our Villages

At LWP, we’re known for creating friendly and dynamic communities meet the needs of all residents, today and into the future.

We do it by building neighbourhoods of small, intimate villages where most homes are in easy walking distance of facilities such as parks, schools and local shops. We encourage people to get out and about, with tree-lined streets, wide verges and distinct pathways.

We also make sure that each village has its own personality, where there’s a range of housing styles and sizes. At Trinity we have three distinct villages, each reflecting the surrounding landscape.

Agora to the east borders the Neerabup National Park with a protected valley of tuart trees that’s home to many bird species. Here the design is inspired by Europe’s historic market towns, with a traditional village green at the heart of the village.

Atelier is our newest village, at the centre of Trinity, where the arts are part of the lifestyle. This village evokes the feel of Fremantle, with a strong coastal influence in the design and materials used. An atelier is a place where artists and crafts folk come to create something special and at Trinity, that’s what our latest community is all about.

Our Facilities

Live and work

There is already a good range of facilities available within the adjoining suburbs and more are opening up all the time. Five minutes drive to the south, Butler has several major shops including Coles and Masters, as well as a tavern and fast food outlets. There are also community services including medical and childcare facilities.

There is a new state primary school in Alkimos and another in nearby Butler, whilst the private school, St James Anglican School currently takes students from K-Year 7 (2016) and will increase each year until 2021 when it will be a full K-12 school.

Employment opportunities will emerge along the perimeter arterial roads as well as at the future Alkimos Regional Centre.

Trinity has a range of parks and well planned walks. There’s something to suit everyone from an interactive bush walk complete with fitness equipment and educational activities for the kids, to parks with lookouts, and even a special art walk through the village of Atelier.

Our central village square is home to a number of events through the year including Yoga in the park, group fitness sessions and community markets. To keep in touch with upcoming events, make sure you register with our LWP Advantage Club or visit the Living at Trinity page.
