Designed for everyone

Trinity is the place to make your home by the coast - a premium master planned community in the suburb of Alkimos, just north of Butler and twenty minutes from Joondalup.

We’ve designed it to be a place of beauty where it’s easy to connect with your neighbours, and with the natural surroundings of bush and beach, through a well-planned network of walking paths and cycle-ways, public art and outdoor activities.

It’s in one of the fastest growing residential areas in Perth so you’re already connected with local shops, schools, medical services, sporting and community facilities, and there are more to come, with plans for a regional centre at Alkimos.

It’s well served by great roads and established public transport options so you’re quickly connected to the bigger centres of Joondalup and Perth city, for shopping, jobs and tertiary education.

It’s a vibrant, growing community and it’s only going to get better.

Trinity is made up of three small but premium villages, designed to encourage traditional neighbourhood living, and with a range of block sizes to suit the needs of all buyers.

When it’s time to build your dream home, we’ll make sure that you have everything you need, from information to inspiration as well as a built environment that’s designed for a healthy, connected lifestyle.

Connected to the future

Trinity is centred around the theme of connection – and that includes connection to the latest technology. Every new home is being connected to the internet and other digital services through underground fibre optic cables. Trinity has the only ‘open access’ fibre optic network currently available in the northern suburbs, connecting our residents to the future at lightning speed. We also have wireless hot-spots in the Agora Village Square, and will continue to develop these for access throughout the Trinity villages.

Connected to art

Trinity’s newest village, Atelier, has an extensive collection of public art for everyone to enjoy, featured in an art walk that makes its way from the village centre to the LWP sales office. Here you’ll find more than a dozen works by West Australian artists, each with a QR code that you can scan with your mobile phone to learn more about the art and the artist.

Connected to nature

The Agora Bush-walk is an interactive walk trail through Banksia woodland, with a playground at one end and an exercise loop featuring modern keep-fit equipment for everyone to use. There are also QR codes to scan for more information about the area and its wildlife.

Life at Trinity is very much about the outdoors, and that’s why we put a strong emphasis on enjoying and caring for the environment.

We have retained as much of the native bush as possible, and put local species back into public open spaces. Our planning guidelines encourage passive solar orientation of houses, energy efficient appliances, and water-wise gardens in the public and private spaces.

We want people to enjoy their environment, and that’s why we offer LWP’s unique ‘eco-logical’ front garden design packages in all land sales, to help people create sustainable gardens.

Our extensive bike and hike trails connect the villages with the coast and bush, reducing the need for vehicles as well as encouraging healthy and connected living. As people meet new neighbours and make connections they are also building their community, which is an essential part of life at Trinity.

The development of Trinity at Alkimos is in keeping with LWP’s commitment to creating traditional and sustainable communities, neighbourhoods that are great places to live, work and play. For us, it’s a place where people know their neighbour’s names and children play in the street, old fashioned values are lived out every day in modern, 21st century homes and villages.

That’s our plan from day one of developing a new community, and we know we’ve got it right when our residents tell us that’s why they’re here. As the first President of the new Trinity at Alkimos Residents’ Association, Aaron Divitini says he chose Trinity because it’s a small private estate with a strong community feel.

LWP Grants

At LWP we build communities. We do this by starting with a vision for a community and identifying the needs and wants of the people who will live there.

LWP offers grants to help facilitate events, programs or services that benefit the local community. Groups or individuals are asked to demonstrate that what they are planning is

  • To be offered within LWP communities

  • To be offered in the long-term after receiving initial funding to get started

  • Much needed within the LWP community.

Trinity at Alkimos is close to the things that matter but with enough space to build a world of your own. It’s 15km from the regional city of Joondalup and 40km from Perth city, with plans well advanced for a regional town centre at Alkimos itself.
