Danny Murphy | Managing Director
Danny has over 25 years’ experience in Australia’s urban development industry. Formerly General Manager (Operations) with Delfin, one of Australia’s largest land development companies, he moved to Western Australia in 1992.
Following a period as Managing Director of the Japanese-owned Sanwa Property Group, he formed LWP in 2000.
Danny is a member of a number of boards, including Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation
Alan Neville | GM Finance & Administration
Alan joined the group in 1996 and is responsible for the management of all corporate, financial and administrative related matters of the company and the projects under its direct management.
Alan has extensive experience in government joint ventures having been for a period of 11 years the appointed project accountant / company secretary for the Ellenbrook Joint Venture.
Alan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Member of Australian Society Certified Practicing Accountants and also a Member of Company Secretaries Australia.
Heather Awcock | Group Manager, Marketing & Sustainability
Heather joined LWP in 1998. Initially responsible for the marketing of LWP’s flagship project, Ellenbrook, Heather’s role has developed with the group to encompass responsibility for marketing of all projects together with the communication strategy for the group. With strong skills for all things digital, she has driven the Group's online development strategy.
Her passion for living sustainably has seen this discipline added to her portfolio of responsibility, which includes research and management of the sustainability reporting process for the group.
Heather is a past board member of the Swan Valley Tourism Council, Swan Valley Marketing Group and board member of Ellenbrook Arts.
Tony McEntee, GM Sales
Tony joined LWP in 2006 and has gained a broad experience across a number of our developments.
Previously employed by City of Swan as their Community Development Officer at Ellenbrook, he has a sound understanding of community issues and generation.
Stuart Duplock, GM Business Development & Marketing
Stuart joined the group in 2014 and is responsible for new business development and marketing.
Stuart has a broad range experience in the property industry in Australia spanning residential, commercial, retail, industrial and tourism sectors. He has previously held senior roles at ASX listed and private property development and investment groups. Prior to the property industry he practiced as a chartered accountant with international firms holding corporate advisory roles in Australia and overseas.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alf Ley | Group Manager, Development
Alf joined LWP in 2014. He is responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of project management across LWP’s portfolio of projects in WA.
He has also held senior positions in Government, including 6 years in the Department of Premier and Cabinet and 3 years with the East Perth and Subiaco Redevelopment Authorities.
Alf has been a UDIA (WA) Councillor for eight years and has been the Treasurer for the last 6 years. He's also UDIA National Councillor and is currently a National Vice President.
Additionally he is Deputy Chairperson of a not-for-profit community support group.
