Design Guidelines
Special design guidelines have been produced in order to create a streetscape appearance which is consistent with the theme. Larger homes will feature in this precinct and buyers will be encouraged to select designs, materials and finishes which are in keeping with the enhanced natural bush surrounding. To continue the theme, we encourage residents to use local flora in their garden designs.
Lodging your building plans
You will need to submit final building plans into LWP for approval. This is to ensure that every home within Woburn Park is of a standard that contributes to the overall quality of the development.
