Huntlee is our vision for a new master-planned community to be located in the Hunter Valley, close to Branxton on the New England Highway. Huntlee is currently in the final stages of planning .
Huntlee will be the first new town in the Hunter Valley for almost 50 years and will provide up to 7,500 homes, 3,000 permanent jobs and 200ha of employment lands. With the commencement of the Hunter Expressway, Huntlee is ideally positioned and on the economic axis between Newcastle and the Coal Fields.
