Earlier this month LWP Property Group launched an online reservation system across three of its WA developments, with an unprecedented number of land purchasers taking up the initiative.
The return of ‘camp-outs’ across LWP’s WA developments prompted the launch of online system and Group Manager, Residential Sales for LWP, Mr Tony McEntee, said the market’s response to it demonstrated it was a facility that was long overdue in the industry.
“We launched the online reservation at our Trinity at Alkimos development on the 7th September and on that first day had 14 people used it to purchase their homesite and then a further 10 people used it that following week.
