Thirteen home sites are set for release to LWP Advantage members at Woodland Grove, The Glades at Byford’s newest precinct on Saturday, August 10 2013.
This land release is part of LWP Property Group’s Project 500: program of activities that will see 500 homesites released across ten developments during July, August and September.

Land-development specialist LWP Property Group has just announced it will make available 500 lots across ten WA developments over three months, commencing this month (July) as part of its response to the looming land shortage.
The ‘Project 500’ call to action facilitates the largest and most diverse offering in LWP’s history over such a short period of time. Land releases will be available across all its communities and developments.

The largest release of homesites ever at The Glades at Byford on Saturday 20 April attracted campers the day before, keen to secure one of the 40 lots.
Campers started arriving at 4:30pm on Friday to ensure they secured their desired site, with others arriving as early as 5am on the day to join the queue.

On Saturday 11th May Ellenbrook’s newest and final village, Annie’s Landing, will release the first of its available homesites to the general public.
Annie’s Landing at Ellenbrook, is the eighth village for the Swan Valley town and will eventually be home to over 1000 dwellings centred around a vibrant village heart including a primary school, local shop and recreation facilities.
