On Saturday 11th May Ellenbrook’s newest and final village, Annie’s Landing, will release the first of its available homesites to the general public. Annie’s Landing at Ellenbrook, is the eighth village for the Swan Valley town and will eventually be home to over 1000 dwellings centred around a vibrant village heart including a primary school, local shop and recreation facilities.

Trinity at Alkimos residents will be able to enjoy a kick-about this Christmas, thanks to the project pre-funding the future primary school oval to give residents a space to play this summer.
Dr Graham Thompson, zoologist and consultant with company Terrestrial Ecosystems, oversaw the program, which involved the capture of almost 1,000 animals at the site. According to Dr Thompson, who has been involved in vertebrate fauna surveys for more than 20 years, the Neerabup habitat was an ideal site for the fauna translocation.
Secluded yet easily accessible from the main thoroughfare of Abernethy Road, a feature of Coral Gardens is the vibrant red foliage of its mature coral trees, along with its own entry statements and feature stone retaining walls throughout. A network of walk and cycle trails that wind past the creekline, natural bush and landscaped parks, connect Coral Gardens with The Glades future village centre, as well as the Byford town centre.
This final stage of Lexia was too good an opportunity to miss for camper, Ms Eisha-Marie Stone, 23. Ms Stone registered at the sales office at 5pm the night before to ensure she had her pick of the homesites.
