Developer LWP Property Group (LWP) released 16 homesites in its Woodland Grove precinct at The Glades at Byford this week.
The homesites were released to LWP Advantage members via LWP’s online reservation on 6 August, with remaining homesites to available to the public next Wednesday, 13 August.

The first of the rare country-size home sites being created at Harmony at Parkerville, a new community in the Perth Hills, will be released on Saturday, 23rd August to LWP Advantage Members and 30th August to the general public.

Trinity at Alkimos will release 24 homesites in Atelier, its newest village , to LWP Advantage members on July 30, and to the general public on August 6.
The 24 homesites range in size from 285sqm through to the development’s popular traditional 465sqm homesites. Prices start at $207,000.
The first “Platinum Collection” homesites to be released at The Glades at Byford have been snapped up within a day.
All three exclusive homesites in The Glades’ picturesque dress circle, Coral Gardens, sold out on 9 July, the same day they were released to LWP Advantage members.

LWP Property Group and long term partner AWESOME Arts Australia Ltd were the winners of the National Toyota Community Award at the National Creative Partnership Australia Awards, last night.
Land development specialist LWP Property Group is celebrating the great success of Project 500 – an initiative that saw 500 lots across six WA developments being made available over just three months.
Since the project launched in July, a total of 507 homesites were sold across LWP’s metropolitan and regional developments, exceeding projected targets.

The value of the community partnership between LWP Property Group and AWESOME Arts has been acknowledged with the award of a $19,000 State Government grant announced by State Member for Perth, Ms Eleni Evangel MLA on 11 September.
The grant, which is part of the State Government’s Community Grants Scheme, is available to organisations for local recycling, reuse and community education initiatives.
“The grant will support an arts program for young people within Trinity, using recycled materials to create 3D sculptures,” Awesome Arts CEO, Jenny Simpson said.
