Who We Are

LWP Property Group is a land developer specialising in medium to large scale urban projects. LWP’s work encompasses residential, commercial, retail, industrial and community developments nationwide.

We have a team of 30 staff managing a portfolio of 9 active projects across Western Australia. This portfolio will yield more than 20,000 lots for homes and commercial enterprises or civic spaces. Trinity at Alkimos Markets
LWP’s guiding principle is to go beyond the plan in developing better places to live, work and play. When LWP creates a community, the aim is to create lifestyles, employment opportunities, leisure spaces, relationships and connectedness. 
 

We are best known for our master planned communities. These include Ellenbrook - a joint venture with the Western Australian Department of Housing and Works (30,000 people), Trinity at Alkimos WA (8,000 people) and The Glades at Byford WA (10,000 people).
