LWP Property Group is active in all its communities right at the foundation of building ‘heart’ – culture and social cohesion – into each community. We ensure funding, support and promotion of events, initiatives and organisations within our masterplanned communities. See our philosophy of Sustainability for more information. In addition to this regular ongoing work, we have partnered with the following specific groups and projects to provide financial and other forms of support.

Ellenbrook Arts

Formed in 2002 by LWP, the Ellenbrook Arts fosters the development of cultural activities throughout Ellenbrook.

A key component in the creation of a sustainable community, Ellenbrook Arts has three main goals:

•    to initiate new cultural programs in the community
•    to encourage and fund new and existing groups, and
•    to develop important cultural facilities.

Ellenbrook Arts has established two venues. The GrapeVine Community Artspace is a place for short courses, artist in residence programs and more, while the The Gallery at Ellenbrook is home to an innovative program of exhibitions including local residents’ artworks and world class displays.

LWP supports Ellenbrook Arts in kind, providing support with two board members, and accounting and IT support.
