The Glades at Byford has become the first development in Western Australia to achieve certification in three categories in the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s EnviroDevelopment program. More than 15 percent of The Glades will be public open space, with corridors of natural pathways and cycle routes integrating everything both within The Glades and the Byford town centre.
