Taking its name from the stunning red-flowered coral trees at The Glades, Coral Gardens is set to become the most sought-after address in Byford.
Pre-released on October 1, the first lots in this dress circle precinct will include bumper-sized homesites of 700sqm or more, as well as traditional family sized homesites from 560sqm.
Designs have been drawn up for a contemporary entry statement into Coral Gardens, which benefits from easy access to Abernethy Road.
A smart letterbox, a designer house number and a more comprehensive front garden landscaping package will be included with each homesite, helping to give Coral Gardens its own sense of style.
