Special design guidelines have been produced in order to ensure that the various housing types can be developed in a manner which allows the investment to be enhanced and to create a streetscape appearance which is consistent with the theme.
Larger homes will feature in Woburn Park and we encourage buyers to select designs, materials and finishes that are in keeping with the enhanced natural bush setting. To continue the theme, we also encourage residents to use local flora in their garden designs.
The Design Guidelines identify areas where buyers can reduce the carbon footprint of their new home. This can often result in savings in running costs – a bonus for the buyer!
