Huntlee

Huntlee is located in the Hunter Valley, adjacent to Branxton on the New England Highway.

Following rezoning of Huntlee in December 2010, a Project Application for the Stage 1 works has been lodged with the NSW Government. The Stage One Project Application incorporates up to 2,020 homes and up to 60ha of employment lands.

Subject to approval of the Stage One Project Application, it is envisaged the first residents will be living in Huntlee by late 2013, coinciding with the opening of the new Hunter Expressway.
